Rotary members can now rent a house or bedroom from fellow Rotarians to foster friendships, reduce travel costs, and make a lasting impact on those in need by supporting ShelterBox USA!

Overview

Rotary Friends is a private home or bedroom rental platform designed exclusively for the Rotary International community. Our mission is to combine the spirit of fellowship with global humanitarian impact. When you host a fellow Rotary member, half the rental fee supports ShelterBox USA, Rotary’s official project partner in disaster relief. By renting your home or extra bedroom to a Rotarian, you are not just hosting a new friend—you are providing life-saving aid and emergency shelter to families displaced by conflict and disasters worldwide.

How it Works

For Hosts (Members renting out their space) Sign up: Create a free account on this website, then upload photos and a description of the home or bedroom for rent, including the nightly rate. Control your calendar: Choose which days your room is available or blocked. Review and decide: When a Rotarian wants to stay, you’ll get a notification. You can see their picture, read their bio, and reviews before deciding to accept or decline the request. Earn and give back: If you accept, the payment is split automatically: 50% goes directly into your bank account, and 50% is donated to ShelterBox USA to support disaster relief.

For Guests (Members looking for lodging) Sign Up: Create a free account on this website. Search: Find a place by entering your destination and travel dates. Request a stay: When you click "book now," the host receives your request. Wait for approval: The host will look at your profile and reviews to decide whether to approve your stay.

Our platform is currently in its initial launch phase, having opened for new listings in April 2026. While our inventory is growing, we invite you to help expand our community by listing your home or spare bedroom for fellow Rotarians.
